Direct Hire
With the Staff Logistics direct hire option, you pay a flat fee to hire our candidate directly onto your payroll.
The fee is a percentage based on the person’s annual salary. Staff Logistics offers a guarantee for all permanent placements.
Payrolling
Do you have a referral, former employee, or retiree you would like to bring back? You may use this service for summer, casual labor or hiring a consultant where a 1099 situation does not fit, or for situations where budgets or company policy do not allow for a full-time permanent hire.
